Fun at the Mall???

We had a photo session this morning at Sears in the Columbia Mall. Despite my best efforts to have Ella rested and well fed before her pictures, she was still not very cooperative. Having said that, I think some of these pictures turned out pretty cute considering the mood both girls were in.

Since she did a pretty good job smiling, Gracie got to ride the carousel at the mall. It is pretty much the highlight of her trip to Columbia.

Love the sixth picture of Ella playing with her tutu...and the next one of her and Gracie looking at each other and also the one of them reading together! Priceless!

The mall looks like a pretty nice one?! Good shopping fairly close to home is always nice. ;-)

The one of them reading is my favorite! All of the tutu pics with Ella's little tummy sticking out are adorable. Gracie always does such a great job posing:)

Those pictures of the girls are precious! You must like tutus. I love the ones of the girls laying down looking up.

I failed to mention that Ella was a total wreck about 20 minutes into the session. I finally just put the tutu on her and told the photographer, "Just take the rest of the pictures you have to take of Ella in her tutu. I don't care if she's crying...let's just get this done." I was desperate to get out of there, and Ella was too!

I have been at Sears in Quincy with a crying baby... They do always seem to get some good shots for you to choose from though.

Forgot to mention in my first comment...love the pic of Gracie posing by the window. Very sweet. ;-)

Oh my - how cute! Don't you think that sometimes the harder you try to have them well rested/well fed, the more it backfires??? The pictures don't suggest that at all, just a thought!

Anyway - super cute pictures. Thanks for sharing.

I should have posted Ella's age on her one year appointment. She was 20 lb and 14 oz at her appt. last week.
