Labor Day

After doing some labor at our house this Labor Day, we headed to Moberly for a barbecue/fish fry at my parent's house. Ella has a new "trick" of sorts that she performed at the BBQ. If we say, "Where's your cute face?, she gets the biggest, goofiest grin on her face and kind of squints up her eyes. It's really funny!
Nana Kaser enjoyed sitting back and watching all the activity. Some of the gang were playing washers, we got out the parachute and played with it a while and got out the kids horse shoe game also. It was such a nice day to be outdoors.

My parents invited the Robucks over for dinner. Gena used to babysit Ella, so they were glad to see each other. Of course, Ella has grown a lot in the last few months, so Gena thought she had changed quite a bit.

I loved this picture. Gena was always really good with Ella, so we miss her. Our new sitter is great too though, so I guess we are fortunate to have found two great people to watch Ella.

Gracie had never played washers before, so she was a little timid to try. She got pretty good by the time we left.
