Ella's First Haircut

This was a big day in Ella's life. She has been insistent for the past year or so that she does not need a haircut. She also told me that "it's dangerous." I assume she's referring to the scissors. Well, today was the big day. She has been dreading it, and even shed some tears before we left the house, but she ended up being a big girl and doing a great job. Here's the before picture as she's getting the cape on.

Here's a proud "after" picture. It doesn't look a whole lot different, but it really is making her curls spring up well. Someone asked me if she got a perm, so I know it's a noticeable difference.
