Today was Dad's hernia repair surgery. He was scheduled for early in the morning, so I headed to Columbia bright and early as well. I got there in time to see him before the surgery. It wasn't very exciting for him since the last big surgery had complications. Plus, he will be on such a restricted diet for a while that it would be impossible to be excited about the surgery!

| This picture was taken after the surgery, which went perfectly. Dad looked so good that you wouldn't know anything had happened. A few hours later he didn't look this perky, so I guess the medicine was still working in this picture. |

| Tonight was Ella's spring music program at Tri-County. Ella did a fantastic job singing her songs and saying her verse. |
