Welcome to our blog. Brent is a principal, Emily teaches fourth grade, and Gracie and Ella are our little angels. We use this blog as our family scrapbook, so feel free to read away. However, I won't be surprised if you find our daily happenings to be dull! :-)

What does believe mean?
There is a commercial before one of Gracie's movies where little kids say, "I believe in ______." They each say something different they believe in. Well, one day this week Brent and Gracie were picking up Ella from the baby sitter's house and that movie was playing in the van. Gracie asked Brent what believe meant. He said, "It means that you think something is true even if sometimes you can't see it or prove it." He went on to say, "I believe in God and Jesus, and I believe Jesus died for my sins." Gracie replied with a generic, "Oh." Brent continued by saying, "I also believe you are a pretty sweet little girl." Gracie smiled and said, "Well, I believe that I love you."

I believe that Gracie is a very beautiful young lady. I agree with her daddy 100%! I had a lot of fun with her a few weeks ago. I am still finding a few surprises that she (and Wapa) left for me here and there around my house.
Get ready for some simple theological answers for smart Gracie.

Ahhhh she is so sweet. I loved having her in class sunday at church. Too bad it's not every Sunday!
Isn't it amazing how their little minds work? I think Daddy better get set to answer lots more questions as Miss Gracie grows:)
I echo Tara's wishes. Remember our praise band prayer. The power of prayer. See how much we miss you. We love you guys!!!!!!
