May Day Festival at Tri-County

Today was Gracie's May Day Festival at her school. We all got to be there with her, and it was a beautiful day! We actually got hot at one point.
Lucas Brammer, the king of May Day, is in Gracie's class. We didn't enter Gracie in the queen contest, but maybe we should have. Only one girl entered!
Gracie played a few games, but quickly decided it was more fun to spend her time in the bounce houses. Here she was playing the Duck Pond game.

Tri-County had 3 different bounce houses for the event. We spent the afternoon standing in lines at each bounce house. The irony is that we actually own a bounce house that is in our garage and can only be setup periodically when the weather is nice. She loves it though!

This little piggy went to Tri-County Christian school's May Day Festival, and he stole the show. So cute!!! He made me want to watch Charlotte's Web again.

Ella enjoyed the petting zoo animals just as much as Gracie. The lambs were very soft.

Miss Ella wanted out of her stroller in a big way, but she was pretty patient as she watched kids all around her having fun. Maybe next year she can participate.

Gracie had to go back to see our little piggy friend a few times.

These little lambs were very patient with the kids.

Oh, what a happy day it was! Gracie was so glad for nice weather! We all were.

Can you imagine if Gracie won the queen contest??? It might put her over the top. But at least she'd get a new tiara out of the deal!
