Family Fun Day

We were invited to attend the Family Fun Day at the Methodist Church today. Gracie and Ella had a blast, even though we didn't get there in time to do very much. They spent some time in the various bounce houses. I had to take this picture because this was our Ella bouncing with another Ella.
Gracie kept bouncing so hard that Ella was knocked down. Luckily, Ella was fresh from her nap, so she was in a good mood about it.

This was a dinosaur egg hunt. There were eggs buried in the sand and some of the eggs had baby dinosaurs in them. The goal was to find an egg with a baby in it. The girls would have scooped sand all day if we hadn't made them move on to a new activity.

Yet another bounce house experience.

Oops. How did we get back to the sand box???

This game was like Plunko, only with plastic tea party plates. Ella was especially fond of dropping the plates down into the slots without letting the plate navigate through the pegs.

Brent and Gracie haven't been golfing for a while, so she was glad to pick up a club again, even if it was a plastic club!

Gracie really enjoyed having her face painted. They actually put a tattoo on one cheek and hand painted the other.

Bath time finally arrived and I got a cute little grin before we had to wash off the paint.

I'm glad you guys got to come:) There's a really cute picture of the girls digging in the sand in the church newsletter. It's on the Macon UMC website in the newsletter section.
