Fire Safety Week

This week was Fire Safety Week, so Gracie's preschool had a visit from the local fire department. When Brent picked her up she had a lot to say about the visit. She told him, "If there is a fire you should feel a door before you go through it. If it is hot, you are supposed to sit and yell for help and a fireman saves you." We were proud that she learned so much, because sadly, we had never taught her what to do in case of a fire. They sent home coloring books, so we can read them together and reinforce what she learned.
