Welcome to our blog. Brent is a principal, Emily teaches fourth grade, and Gracie and Ella are our little angels. We use this blog as our family scrapbook, so feel free to read away. However, I won't be surprised if you find our daily happenings to be dull! :-)

Gracie's School Day
Gracie has been going to Preschool on Wednesday and Thursday each week while I work at the pharmacy. On Wednesday's she has to wear a dress to school because it is chapel day. They go next door to the church and sing and do some activities. She loves the whole dressing up scenario, but cries everytime I drop her off because she hasn't been to school in 5 days and has forgotten how much fun it is. Today was a bad drop-off with many tears. Brent has the fun job. He gets to pick her up after school and get the happy face and hugs because she has had an awesome day. Today he told her they could go to the park and she said, "Yea! We haven't been there for a thousand weeks!" Everything is related to a thousand weeks right now. It's her new catch phrase. Feel free to use it in your conversations!

A thousand weeks? Hey, the "why" is just around the corner. These Gracie stories are so fun. Now if we can get a pic now and then. I know, I'm proud that you're even blogging so I shouldn't get pushy yet, huh? Love you guys!
Tell Gracie that her Uncle Dana gets to dress up every Monday for chapel at school. No need, though, to tell her how much I despise it. I'm glad she enjoys it.
